OnePoint Patient Care Vice President, Client Services Kenny Judd has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Tempe, AZ.
Kenny won OnePoint Patient Care’s 2023 Rising Star Award. Since moving into his current role last year, he has focused on maintaining superior client retention and satisfaction.
In 2022, Kenny and his team retained 99% of customers while successfully transitioning over 6,000 patients. OnePoint Patient Care Division President Mike Porpora says, “Kenny worked incredibly hard to ensure each transition was successful.”
Additionally, Kenny continuously trains and mentors his team of account managers to provide the best possible service. He pushes them to go beyond their comfort zones and learn from their mistakes. Kenny makes sure they are confident in their abilities to proficiently and independently manage customer expectations.
