OnePoint Patient Care Business Solutions Engineer Kimberly Stowe has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Tempe, AZ.

Kimberly is a winner of this year’s OnePoint Patient Care Mission, Culture, Values award. Her team recognizes her ability to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requests while providing reports that directly drive analysis of operational results.

Senior Finance Director Nick Horn says, “Within our corporate support group, it is crucial that we have people like Kimberly who understand how to balance tasks and focus on the more critical pieces.” An example of this is when she received a large request with a short turnaround time last year. Not only was she able to process the data as needed, but she also followed up to make sure the information was received and nothing additional was needed.

Kimberly is known to be a team player by her colleagues. She manages her workload in stride and always maintains an optimistic outlook. She is receptive to feedback and willing to share her own ideas regarding potential process improvement. These skills are all important to supporting OnePoint’s overall mission.
