Rehab Without Walls Outpatient Rehab Director Erika Shiver has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Hendersonville, TN.
Erika won the 2024 Enterprise LEGACY Leadership Award, recognizing her leadership capabilities and accomplishments in Tennessee. As director, Erika oversaw the census growth at many locations, including a 35% increase in Murfreesboro and a 50% increase in Hendersonville. Both of these clinics have also seen an increase in staff with little to no turnover.
One of Erika’s colleagues recognizes her leadership style as approachable and open. She is always willing to listen to concerns and will quickly take action to find a resolution. Another staff member says, “Erika is a strong leader who shows compassion, empathy, determination, and excellent communication.”
