Rehab Without Walls (RWW) Physical Therapist Jill Dziak has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Downer’s Grove, IL.
On April 4, 2025, Jill celebrated her 30th anniversary with RWW. She began her career in 1995 as a rehab technician and in the time since, she has developed relationships with her patients through a continued focus on compassion, respect, and achieving therapeutic success.
Jill has held many positions throughout her tenure. After earning her PTA license in 2000, she was promoted to the PT team and became the Safety Commission Officer for multiple locations shortly after. She managed the safety regulations at Downer’s Grove, IL, Ann Arbor, MI, and Dixie Lodge, MI, and was integral to the facilities earning three-year CARF accreditations in 2020 and 2023.
Recently, Jill’s input was critical on a substantial building renovation project that was finished at the end of April. She assisted in determining the key elements and equipment needed for the facility, which now includes an expanded gym area and other important therapeutic resources.
