ResCare Community Living Director of Quality Audit Ingrid Hockenberry has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Seattle, WA.
Ingrid is the recipient of the 2023 Lifetime of Service Award after an outstanding 27 years with BrightSpring. She led her team through an incredible 2022, with the Washington operation leading the division in all measurable key performance indicators.
Ingrid had 217 total hires for 2022, and maintained both a 100% training completion rate and a 98% personnel records compliance rate. Her operation also had a 99% Quality Audit score, the highest in the division, and a 97% average annual site review score across all 58 homes.
Additionally, Ingrid admitted twelve new clients into services and opened two new 24/7 service sites, exceeding their growth target. Vice President Les Parker says, “She has built rapport with all referral sources and guardians, DSHS, and housing providers across the state. She is the best and they have absolute trust in her.”
