StepStone Family & Youth Services Quality Assurance Manager Kim Beasley has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Louisville, KY.
Kim has been a part of the StepStone team in Louisville for four years, transitioning to her current role after two years as the Program Director. She is driven by a focus on quality, using data to propose systematic changes needed to ensure compliance. She has stepped up in this position to support other operations, traveling to assist in training new Quality Assurance Managers as needed.
Kim is known to be reliable and more than competent, with staff coming to her first as questions are raised regarding quality, outcomes, or data reporting. She supports trauma-informed care principles and helps develop improved documentation based upon best practices.
National Recruitment Director Kelsey Davis says, “I am better at my job because of what I have learned from Kim. She always has an ear to listen and provides support whenever she can.” With an educational and licensure background in social work, Kim understands the importance of sharing knowledge to help overall systems flourish.
