StepStone Family & Youth Services – Victoria Motter

The Way We Lead / May 22, 2023

For National Foster Care Month, we recognize StepStone Family & Youth Services Therapist and Treatment Director Victoria Motter, who has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Louisville, KY.

Victoria demonstrates her commitment to helping children through her passion for service, teamwork, and dedication. She and her team have enhanced the quality of services provided to children placed in foster homes, and as a result, these children are receiving exceptional care and treatment to help them thrive.

Victoria finds the work she does with StepStone rewarding. She says, “Witnessing many of our youth come through the program, make significant progress, and establish caring relationships with me and my team is amazing.” She is appreciative of having a solid team that works well together and enjoys finding opportunities to grow.

Recently, Victoria was asked to consult on a situation in southwest Kentucky. She was able to diffuse the situation, reset the tone and narrative, and work collaboratively to ensure the long-term wellbeing of the children. Throughout this entire process, Victoria maintained a positive attitude and lead her team with a results-oriented mindset.

Thank you, Victoria! Your encouraging Attitude and Communication capabilities help maintain clarity and cooperation within your organization. Your continued support for the children you serve helps them to live their best lives.

WORK SMART. DO GOOD.
