All Ways Caring HomeCare State Director Laurie Balo is Working Smart and Doing Good and is the recipient of the 2022 HomeCare LEGACY Award.
Laurie has been with All Ways Caring since 1999 and has held various roles throughout her tenure. At the end of 2020, she was asked to lead the state of Idaho in addition to East Washington. Laurie Got Going! with the additional responsibilities and even worked to expand their product offerings to include foster care programming during her first year.
