Gateway Pediatric Therapy’s new leadership team comprised of Chief Executive Officer Rachel Enright, Chief Operating Officer Vicki Nguyen, and Senior Vice President of Clinical Development Roxanne Rayes has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Bingham Farms, MI.
Rachel has served in nearly every position throughout her nearly 10-year tenure with Gateway, including Behavior Technician, CDS Support, CDS Director, VP of Clinical Strategy and Development, and Chief Strategy Officer. With masters degrees in Applied Behavior Analytics and Business Administration, Rachel is prepared to take on her new leadership role.
Vicki has been Gateway’s Chief Operating Officer for the past 18 months. After starting with the company as an administrative assistant in 2015, she quickly rose through the ranks to her current role. Vicki holds masters degrees in Health Studies and Wellness Management, Business Administration, and Analytics. Vicki’s knowledge of the business and commitment to quality will allow for continued success in her new position.
Roxanne was the fifth hire for Gateway, now transitioning from Senior VP of Facility Development to Senior VP of Clinical Development. She has a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, and like Vicki and Rachel, has spent almost a decade helping Gateway to grow and thrive.
