Grane Hospice Intake Coordinator Lisa Munzek has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Pittsburgh, PA.
Lisa is the only intake coordinator for the Pittsburgh and Charleroi branches and goes above and beyond in her role to ensure that families are educated on and comfortable with beginning the hospice process. She conducts hospice informational sessions over the phone so that every caller can understand the importance and benefits of hospice.
Lisa is always willing to step up and assist office or field staff, answering the phones or covering front desk duties whenever there is a need. Her knowledge, professionalism, and compassion for others allow her to take on these additional roles effectively.
