Pate Rehab Lead Registered Nurse Megan Gamble is Working Smart and Doing Good in Anna, Texas. Megan is the winner of the 2022 Pate Rehabilitation Ben Hayden Award. This award is given to one outstanding employee each year for exhibiting Pate Rehab’s core values of respect, relationship, integrity, innovation, compassion, and empowerment.
Megan Communicates with others to keep them in the know and listens to truly gain understanding. She helps the staff in the nursing department to feel empowered and encourages them to find creative solutions to any problems that arise. She follows through on commitments and volunteers for extra tasks.
Megan consistently fosters healthy relationships and respect toward others. She looks for ways to improve processes every day and she does everything with grace, even under pressure. All of this is done while her site maintains the highest quality of care, achieving over 99.9% medication accuracy across thousands of medication administrations each week.
