Rehab Without Walls (RWW) Talent Acquisition Manager Shannon Oxton has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Boise, ID.
Shannon started her career with RWW in 2019 as a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas. She has held several positions in different parts of the country, relocating to support her husband’s Air Force career while transitioning her own trajectory from clinical practice to leadership.
From the beginning, Shannon has resonated with the company’s mission of making therapy functional and fun within the community while focusing on activities that the patient wants to get back to doing. This specialization enhances a patient’s confidence in their continued recovery while helping them regain skills that they need to return to their prior routines and hobbies.
Shannon regularly contributes ideas to optimize the organization’s quality and reach. She seeks out means of enhancing patient care, including working on the implementation of two newer programs: a comprehensive Driver Rehabilitation Program and a specialized Vestibular Program.
Thank you, Shannon, for your commitment to a people-focused Environment. Not only do you prioritize a high standard of care for RWW patients, your seamless and enthusiastic transition to a role in Talent Acquisition shows your dedication to employees. Your work helps all those within the RWW community live their best lives.
