ResCare Community Living Direct Support Professional Aretha McCrimmon has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Rutherfordton, NC.
Aretha has been with ResCare Community Living for 16 years. She uses this experience to set an example for those around her and to assist her coworkers in providing optimum care. Program Manager Chris Childers says, “Aretha is always willing to help others with understanding their job and what is expected of them and does this with a kind and caring nature.”
Her willingness to lead by example extends beyond her coworkers to individuals she supports. “Aretha also works hard to make sure that each individual works on being as independent as possible by assisting them with each daily task and making sure that their training programs are documented properly,” says Chris. This confidence in her responsibilities and attention to detail enables Aretha to help those she supports live their best lives.
Aretha’s ability to Get Going and use her experience to help those around her, both her coworkers and the people she supports, is admirable. Thank you, Aretha!
