SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Dianna Siever has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Front Royal, VA.
Dianna received the 2024 SpringHealth Behavior Technician of the Year Award. She was one of the first behavior technicians hired to work in the Front Royal area and one of the first to pass her RBT examination. Dianna is always willing to take on any case and provides consistent and compassionate therapy to each client.
Beyond her core responsibilities, Dianna regularly seeks out opportunities for growth and takes on additional duties. Recently, she has attended assessments to aid the Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), created materials for other staff members and clients, helped with initial training of new staff members, and picked up sessions with clients as needed.
State Director Michelle Willingham says, “Dianna demonstrates a balance of compassion, integrity, and empathy for her clients as well as their patients and caregivers. She is a team player and when faced with an obstacle is quick to bring the team together, discuss, and execute solutions.”
