StepStone Family & Youth Services National Recruitment Director Kelsey Davis has been Working Smart and Doing Good.
Kelsey is the recipient of this year’s Growth Award for StepStone. After taking on her current role, Kelsey led the division in new home development. Under her leadership, the team opened 286 new homes, equating to approximately 429 new beds to serve foster youth in nine states and adults in Arizona. This achievement helped StepStone support 2,352 individuals in 2023.
Kelsey demonstrates servant leadership, acting as a mentor for her team and coaching them toward success. She uses consistent, evidence-based strategies to recruit families and providers, aiding in growth through Kentucky over the past three years. Her marketing expertise drives recruitment campaigns and strategic efforts across all nine states supported by StepStone. Kelsey also utilizes a strong partnership with Corporate Communications to drive results with both internal and external stakeholders.
