Leia is currently pursuing her certification in HR Management from Ivy Tech Community College. Leia says, “I’ve always yearned for some sort of college education, and for so many reasons never had the opportunity to pursue it after high school. I started working in HR with BrightSpring and ResCare 15 years ago, where my passion for the field began. I’m so grateful for leaders who have seen something in me and given me opportunities for growth. My hope is that this program will allow me to continue my growth at BrightSpring so that I can make the most positive impact.”  

Tabitha has benefited from our tuition reimbursement program in her pursuit of further education. She has earned a bachelor’s degree from Sullivan University and a Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) certification. She shared, “BrightSpring has played an important part in allowing me to continue my education while employed. Encouragement and support from my leader not only allowed me to complete my degree, but also allowed me to obtain my SHRM-CP certification. Programs such as BrightSpring Tuition Reimbursement programs, made these goals more achievable.”
