BrightSpring Health Services is honored to be named a “Best in Human Resources” award recipient by Louisville Business First as part of their 2019 Best Places to Work in Greater Louisville program.
BrightSpring was one of four recognized Louisville-area companies and nonprofits for the inaugural award. The award honors the vital work performed by human resources professionals for their organizations. BrightSpring was selected for instilling its employee LEGACY culture and implementing its learning and leadership development program.
Business First consulted with area HR professionals who assessed the overall strength of applicants and took into consideration the quality of each application, comprehensiveness of programs, levels of adversity the companies had to overcome to achieve results, demonstrated creativity, inventive use of resources, metrics/outcomes and advancement of the HR profession when scoring each organization.
Business First will highlight BrightSpring and the positive impact the company has made on its employees and the organization during the Best Places to Work in Greater Louisville special section on Aug. 9. The Best Places to Work program is administered in partnership with Omaha, Neb.-based Quantum Workplace, which surveys employees about workplace policies, benefits, office conditions, management styles, morale and more. All winners will be celebrated at an awards reception on Thursday, Aug. 8 at the KFC Yum Center.
