Home Health & Hospice Locations Receive 2025 Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) Best Award

Congratulations to 21 home health and hospice locations for receiving the 2025 Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP)Best™ Award. The award program recognizes home health and hospice providers that consistently provide superior performance in patient and client satisfaction.
Three hospice locations received 2025 SHPBest Hospice Caregiver Experience Awards. Two sites were named Premier Award winners with an overall score ranked in the top 5% in the SHP national CAHPS benchmark and scoring above the SHP national average for each CAHPS quality measure. One site was named a Superior Award winner with an overall score ranked in the top 20% in the SHP national CAHPS benchmark and scoring above the SHP national average for each CAHPS quality measure.
Eighteen home health locations also received 2025 SHPBest Awards. Five sites were named Premier Award winners with an overall score ranked in the top 5% in the SHP national HHCAHPS benchmark and scoring above the SHP national average for each HHCAHPS quality measure. Thirteen sites were named Superior Award winners with an overall score ranked in the top 20% in the SHP national HHCAHPS benchmark and scoring above the SHP national average for each HHCAHPS quality measure.
