Six Hospice Locations Receive Strategic Healthcare Programs Best Hospice Caregiver Satisfaction Awards

Six hospice locations were awarded the Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) Best Hospice Caregiver Satisfaction Awards.

Three locations – Spring Valley Hospice, Olive Branch, Missouri; Springhill Hospice, Mobile, Alabama; and Hospice Home Care, Monticello, Arkansas – won in the Superior Performers category. Winners in this category achieved an overall score that ranked in the top 20% in the SHP national CAHPS Hospice benchmark and scored above the SHP national average.

SHP recognized three other locations in the Premier Performers category – Sacred Journey Hospice, Newman, Georgia; Adoration Hospice, Cleveland, MS; and AT Home Care & Hospice, Tri-Cities, Virginia. Premier Performers achieved an overall score that ranked in the top 5% in the SHP national CAHPS Hospice benchmark and scores above the SHP national average.
