The Dispatcher Who Sets the Standard
One Point Patient Care
OnePoint Patient Care Dispatcher Omar Narvaes has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Tempe, AZ. Omar’s work reflects BrightSpring’s LEGACY value of You — the commitment to personal accountability and doing what needs to be done, regardless of what it takes.
Omar works in a role where timing is everything. He is the link between a patient’s need and the medication that meets it, and he carries that responsibility seriously. He keeps communication clear and proactive, reaching out before patients have reason to call, giving honest timelines, and staying in contact with nurses, couriers, and caregivers until the job is done. When a patient was admitted to hospice and the timing of medication delivery was critical, Omar coordinated closely with the admissions nurse and the courier to ensure everything was in place before the family arrived home. The nurse’s gratitude reflected what Omar’s communication and care had made possible, a family with one less thing to worry about, in a moment when every detail mattered. On a Thanksgiving when no driver was available, he made the delivery himself.
“Each day I strive to provide the same level of compassion, commitment, and consideration that I would expect if my loved one were in the same situation as the patients we serve. It is an absolute honor to care for our patients in the most critical days and hours of their lives, and this is something that I do not take for granted,” said Omar.
Congratulations, Omar. The example You set in every dispatch, every call, and every delivery is what excellent patient care looks like in practice.
Work Smart. Do Good.
