Adoration Home Health Branch Director Hillary Coulbourne has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Cambridge, MD. As the Growth Mindset honoree, she has shown a readiness to Get Going wherever she is needed, including in an office that was not her own.

Hillary is known as a team player who consistently goes above and beyond for her region, and the Salisbury office put that reputation to the test when it needed to get back up and running. During a recent acquisition, she played an instrumental role in making that happen by providing workflow support, sharing staff, and serving as interim director when needed while the office found its footing. She also invested in someone else’s growth, supporting her Cambridge Clinical Director in taking on the role of Salisbury Director. Throughout the acquisition transition, Hillary kept a positive, solutions-focused approach and stayed committed to moving her teams forward.

Her choices reached two communities at once. Getting Salisbury running again meant patients there could be served, and supporting a new director gave that office a leader Hillary had helped get ready.
