Keeping Private duty Teams Connected Across Tennessee
Adoration Home Health
Adoration Home Health Branch Director Sherry Liggins has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Cordova, TN. A LEGACY in Action honoree for the Private Duty Division, she has shown what consistent Communication can do for one team, and then for two.
Sherry was already running the Cordova branch when she stepped up to support the Middle Tennessee market during an acquisition, and her impact there was immediate and positive. Every day she offers encouragement to both teams, and that regular contact has helped her earn trust in two places at once. She leads by example with integrity and accountability, and both groups get her positivity, compassion, and willingness to do whatever the moment requires. After a prolonged period of limited hiring, she also recruited several new team members, adding to the staff that families rely on.
In Private Duty, where care happens in people’s homes, teams that are encouraged and well-staffed help families count on consistent support. Sherry’s work has helped patients already in her branch’s care continue with Adoration, and new families have begun receiving the support they need. Balancing her own branch with another market is demanding work, and she has taken it on with a clear commitment to the broader organization.
Congratulations, Sherry. Your commitment to Communication keeps teams connected, and the daily encouragement you give helps two teams show up for the families who count on them.
Work Smart. Do Good.
