Going Beyond the Bedside in Gainesville
Adoration Home Health
Adoration Home Health Senior Account Executive Dana Martin has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Gainesville, GA. After 12 years in the same role with Adoration, she embodies BrightSpring’s Legacy value of You. She has quietly become the kind of colleague others learn from – someone whose example shows what advocacy really looks like.
During a bedside visit at the hospital, a patient told Dana about the bind he was in; recently hospitalized, paying more for a hotel room than many people pay for a mortgage, with no permanent place to land. Dana felt she had to help. She turned to the network she built over years of events at senior living communities, made a call, and within weeks had found him an affordable two-bedroom apartment at a fraction of what the hotel was costing him.
He called her in tears, finally able to picture life with a little breathing room instead of scraping by for a place to rest. Dana waves off the credit. Moments like this, she says, are what set the team apart.
“It was just the right thing to do and second nature to me,” Dana said. “I go above and beyond because I genuinely care – and our whole staff is the same way. We roll together.”
Congratulations, Dana. The way You set an example for others – steady, generous, and deeply human – is exactly the kind of advocacy that makes Adoration feel like home to the patients you serve.
Work Smart. Do Good.
