Rehab Without Walls Executive Director Miranda Prescott has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Brewer, ME. Named the 2025 LEGACY Leader of the Year, the organization she’s built showcases BrightSpring’s LEGACY value of Environment. It’s a place that people join and then choose to stay in.

Miranda opened the Bangor program in the spring of 2024 and, in a rural market with real staffing challenges, grew it into a steady, high-performing operation faster than anyone expected. She did it with an all-PRN team and no full-time clinicians on staff — and since the middle of 2025, not one person has left. That kind of stability is rare anywhere, and it does not happen by accident. It comes from the way she leads: accessible, consistent, and willing to do whatever a situation calls for.
