More North Carolina Families Finding Care at Home
Adoration Home Health
Adoration Home Health Area Vice President of Business Development Laura Ammann has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Kathleen, GA. Recognized as the AVP LEGACY in Action honoree for the East Region, she has built an Environment that people join and then decide to stay in.
Laura came to Adoration in the spring of 2025 and set about building an account executive team across the northern part of North Carolina, a market she leads from Kathleen, GA. Hiring was the easier half of that work. She has kept the team she assembled, and the account executives covering that territory now are largely the ones she brought on at the start. Alongside that, she has kept looking for the openings that would strengthen the market – where the need is and who Adoration ought to be talking to.
That continuity is felt well outside her own team. Because her account executives stay, the hospitals and referral partners they work with are talking to the same familiar faces month after month, and those relationships are what let a patient leave the hospital with home health already arranged instead of figuring it out from a waiting room. Laura has put particular attention into strengthening ties with hospital partners across her markets, and the practical result is more families in North Carolina finding care in their own homes.
Congratulations, Laura. The positive Environment you help create shows up in a team that has stayed together and in every family who reached home health because someone they trusted made the connection.
Work Smart. Do Good.
