The Technician You Only Need to Ask Once
OnePoint Patient Care
During National Pharmacy Week, we celebrate OnePoint Patient Care Pharmacy Technician Ashley Zaborowski who has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Glenview, IL. Her colleagues describe her as the kind of teammate you only need to ask once, and that follow-through is BrightSpring’s LEGACY value of Get Going in practice.
When several new hospice partners came on board at the start of October, two of them needed automated medication-dispensing systems set up from scratch, eight setups in all. Each set up is meticulous work that depends on careful preparation, organization, and coordination, and Ashley had never handled this kind of setup before. She finished all eight on time and without an error, stayed late every day to make sure everything was ready, and still found time to help other pharmacies working through the same task.
That project fits a pattern. When the pharmacy floor has been short-staffed Ashley has regularly stayed past her shift to help the team keep up, even at the end of long days. As the most senior member of the team, she has learned nearly every part of the workflow and can step in wherever she is needed. National Pharmacy Week is a good time to recognize technicians like Ashley, whose careful work behind the scenes helps hospice patients and the families caring for them count on their medications being ready.
Congratulations, Ashley. The way you Get Going for your teams and communities sets a standard everyone around you can see, and it helps hospice patients and families get the support they need.
Work Smart. Do Good.
